I have just recently heard that when Manny Paquiao fights Miguel Cotto, the WBO title will not be on the line since Cotto has to weigh in a 145. Bob Arum was even quoted as saying, "no one cares about titles". Yet some Paquiao fans are disappointed because they wanted to see Paquiao have the chance to win a title in "record" 7th weight division. Well I have news for ya, it's already been done! Hector Camacho Sr. did it years ago!
