As long as there's exciting Fights, I'll be watching. But I will probably lay down in bulshitting in the ESB or any Boxing forum after Pac.

This is just circus entertainment, PacDbest. Would you really put Pacman at jeopardy to satisfy your cravings for him to become a bigger celebrity? Pac is already doing good. This is like someone saying that because Hoya was so good at 140 and 147 he should pick a fight with a heavyweight.

Exactly, 135 is stacked. He has enough options at lightweight to be busy for the next 2 years

    After Valero there is...
Winner of JMM-Casamayor.... early 2009 (march)
Winner of Guzman-Campbell... middle 2009 (july)
    Ricky Hatton... late 2009 (november)

Not to say he will win all those fights, or any of them...but that should keep him busy next year. Forget De La Hoya.

:good This fight is pointless. Pacquiao would be starched by somebody as big as Del La Hoya, who has been knocking out welterweights his entire career. Boxing doesn't need this, Boxing needs Cotto vs Margarito and we've got it.

Pac already Moves up in multiple weights amazingly. But his last performance at his highest weight at 135 doesn't suggest he already hit the ceiling. I don't call it ridiculous. I called is Amazing or incredible.

Without a DLH fight, fights with J Diaz, Guzzy, JMM, Torres/holt will be just 300-500K PPV fight. Fight DLH 1st and Pac's PPV Numbers will easily jumps 25%-50% guaranteed.

why do you care about his ppv numbers? are you his accountant or manager?

As long as he's in good fights that will cement his legacy, what's the problem?

20 years from now, they're not going to be bringing up his ppv numbers, we'll just be discussing his resume. All the matchups at 135 would be exciting, who cares about the numbers...just enjoy the fights.

A lot of Casual & Mainstream Boxing fans are Missing out some of the Pac's Great fights just because he's still fighting at these lower weights and because he's not American. I myself missed out Pac's earlier HBO fights & only catch up after the 1st MAB fight. But look what Pac has becomes after MAB fight??? He becomes bigger than MAB. Pac KOes EM and he becomes bigger than EM. Imagine if Pac beats DLH in an excitng fight??? Could Pac becomes bigger than DLH??? Just Imagine Pac fights will be a Headliner in every Sports Page???

Never said Pacquiao's performance at 135 was ridiculous, why the hell are you putting words in my mouth?, all I said was jumping all the way to light middleweight is going to be ridiculous for only 1 major fight.

So you're saying that it will be smart for Pac to jump 3 divisions above and then go all the way down expecting all next fights to make triple the amount?
Do you know anything about boxing man?

    Freakshow:deal

If you removed DLH's arms it might make it more of an even fight.

Pac looked very good taking out David Diaz, but.....it was David Diaz.

No one bought into this **** before that fight and, despite the performance by Pac, we shouldn't do now.

Pac has said himself that he doesn't wan't to fight at Welter.

The natural strength advantage in favour of DLH would be immense.

It's about saving Boxing. It's about Making the mainstream take a look at Pac fights. Majority of mainstream Boxing fans only know DLH & Tyson. Pac sharing limelight with DLH will make those 2M PPV buyers who normally want to see DLH to tune in for the Pac once DLH's gone. As exciting as Pac it will only help boxing in General. You can't say the same with Floyd!!!

Pac also made it clear that 140 will be final, nothing above that. PacDbest is just going insane here.

Boxing is safe, it's doing great and there are many great fights to see. Pacquiao doesn't need to jump 3 divisions above and then move 3 divisions down to "save" boxing, you're just being ridiculous. Do you even pay attention to boxing in general and other fighters or is it only Pacquiao you follow?

He also said if They want a Pac-DLH fight they need tp Pay Pac a $20-$30M price for him to agree. If the money is right Pac will be there for the Challenge.

Great Idea, when Pac beats DLH he should then fight Haye or even Valuev
