so this why you think he pressed the attack when hurt?

An even better question is....what would you have done in that situation????????? This could be good!

Its tough to even tell if Floyd has a good chin as he hasn't took that many quality shots. A few, but not enough to have a real opinion on it.

Yeah I noted those in a later answer, and for Pacquaio I noted Morales, Marquez and Cotto (though the Cotto one is certainly debatable.)

I have watched Pac's fights with Morales and Marquez multiple times, and I don't think he was ever hurt in any of those fights. In round 7 of the first Pac-Morales fight, Pac walks through Erik's best punches. He gets hit with some seriously big shots, shakes it off, and keeps coming. Some people might say that Pac was wobbled once in the second Marquez fight, and there is some validity to that claim because Pac's legs seemed to stray for a second, but it was by no means a serious case of ***** St spaghetti legs like Floyd experienced vs Corley and twice vs Mosley. Pac was fazed for a split-second, then regained his balance and banged his gloves together. He was evidently nowhere near hurt enough to want to clinch or run to buy recovery time. I can kind of understand someone thinking he was a little hurt for a split-second there, but I dunno where this bull**** about him being hurt by Morales has come from. No way.

A picture of Pac in the midst of a very close and competitive fight with Morales, and a picture of Pac with a cut that was caused by a headbutt.

That is your response when called on to justify your claim that Pac has taken multiple "brutal beatings" in his career and has had "his ass handed to him" many times.

    Absolutely woefully pathetic. :-(

I think any description of Pacquaio being hurt would be harsh, however I do think he was stunned a few times. In that he got hit in exchanges and stopped for a second, which this very one sided link I posted shows:lol: You may want to mute the following link by the way as 'Bring the Noise' by Public Enemy gets butchered.

In the exchange at 2:05 Morales hits him with a hard flush right hand that seems to wobble his legs for a second. To which Morales is then able to mount an attack to which Pacquaio retreats.

At 2:43 he gets caught with a nasty left hook which I think consitutes stunned.

At around the 6:26 mark he seems to get stunned.

You could probably make some more cases for Pacquaio being stunned in that fight but I'd be off the opinion he seemed to be off balance. Great fight by the way, one of the decades best.

The fight was competitive. It wasnt close. If it was close Morales wouldnt have switched southpaw in the 12th. Look at Morales face and his actions after the fight. Almost like another day in the gym. Meaningwhile Pacquiao is bloody bruised and haggard. It was a beating if there ever was one.

Morales 1, Marquez 1 and 2 were all brutal beatings. He may have given back as hard as he got in some instances, but he still left the ring a bloody mess on each occassion. Again its nothing to be ashamed of, its just a fact.

Floyd was not on ***** street against either Mosley or Corley. And if he was it lasted all of 10 seconds, becuase he proceeded to have Corley on his knees later in that round and was countering Mosley around the ring in the same round aswell. There is not doubt he lost some of his motor functions, but its clear he still had his mind.

Notice that neither Corley or Mosley are able to hit Mayweather again even while stunned. He's still parrying shots. Which prompted Merchant to exclaim that he was faking it until he pressed Mosley and his legs were wobbly.

 Watch the fight again clown. Mayweahter was pressing the attack ALL NIGHT. What the hell are you talking about?

Panicking? He was parrying and dodging the rest of Mosleys shots. If he was so hurt then why couldnt Mosley hit him again? Why were the only clean punches landed in the rest of the round by Mayweather?

Watch how he owns Mosley from :40 seconds on. Does that look like a panicked fighter to you? :tired

This is actually an interesting topic. Mayweather tucks and rolls but he does get hurt by punches he doesn't see coming like Corley, Judah, and Mosely. Pacquiao's specialty is hitting u where u don't see it coming. I think Pac takes punches better, but in respect to both of them fighting, Mayweather would have to be extremely careful with the one he doesn't see. Pacquiao doesn't beat u with his hands. He beats u with his feet. Mayweather would have to move and not be stationary as he has been of late.

No he wasn't panicked. Just he realized Mosley wasn't attacking and he took advantage. Mosley for whatever reason could not finish the fight after he hurt him. More power to Mayweather for seeing Mosely go from dangerous to harmless after he was hurt.

The only time I ever saw Pac take a real pounding was against Morales. But he has had it easy of late. He gets a little scratched up from grazing shots and a few gd ones, but he has been beating everyone easy of late.
