For an 8th weight division win... Who wins?? And if pac wins, will a win over newly crowned and relatively unknown foremen add anything to his legacy. (im saying this not as some fanboy of Pac or whatever, but more or less that if a decision was to be made to go up another weight division, Foreman would be an obvious option as Williams is a little too tall for Pac. And say this also because I cant see Arum coming to an agreement with Floyd...)
Question is though, what if the Floyd fight isnt made. There is a strong possibility that it may end up being the case (regardless if they plan to start negotiations. Negotiation is nothing to count on...). Who's there to go for? Mosley, the other significant WW belt holder, is tied up with Berto. Amir Khan (at LWW) hasnt made emough noise yet to generate demand for this fight. Margocheato is still banned and doesnt have a belt. A fight with Nate Campbell might be OK but its not one I wanna see or anything that adds to Pacs legacy. Thats kind of why I threw the original suggestion out...
it looks good on paper for him to get another title at 154.... god knows he needs a break from the elite guys , but yeah, if floyd flakes out and he has no other options, i would have no prob with him fighting this guy...would still be interesting, youre right
How much does an "on paper" fight count towards a legacy?? given, regardless of paper or not, it WOULD mean an 8th weight div....
