Yeah ok.. So JMM beating Pac is the same thing as Fraud beating Pac... Of course. JMM didn't even have to beat Pac because Pac had already lost in the 90's to some random asian dude weighing 100 pounds... :nut Hell, all thsoe other dudes, Marg, Cotto, they all had losses too so Mayflower also didn't have to beat them, since they were already defeated.. Mayweather's the only one who's undefeated! You know what, we heard that ****ing ******ed logic from the *** master himself. No **** off you dumb schmuck... :hi:

exactly, if u were to put pacquiao against cotto, margarito, and a drained de la hoya today the same exact thing would happen. he cannot handle counter punchers and pure boxers. marquez would have kicked his ass from 2008-present time no matter what

listen ***boy, arum cant stand mayweather so how do u see mayweather making a deal with arum to fight cotto or margarito when arum barely even wants to make a superfight with pacquiao? i guarantee mayweather would have been fought them by now if they were with GBP.

Well if you, out of all people, guarantee it, then I don't know how anybody could claim the contrary... Damn, with that guarantee, you know, it's like settled... Well played... It's checkmate right there...

Nobody saying he isn't, but past 30, after all his wars, he's not getting younger, he's getting older (speed, stamina, reflexes, & all). So 3 possibilities, he's faster, he's as fast, or he's slower as before. You're saying he's as fast, fine, some would disagree and say that he seemed slower. Nobody knows for sure, I don't think it's knowable given he's expanding a different amount of energy in different ways fighting different fighters. I think it's safe to say he's not getting any faster, so either he's maintained 100% of his speed or he slowed down.

Right, doesn't disprove the previous, that he's not getting slower. Marquez has most probably gotten slower too... He's also not getting any younger either.

Bad idea for who and bad idea how? I'd rather see a Marquez rematch, but that's just me...

Well then it was some poor managment from Pacs Team wasn't it?
I mean they had to know that **** too, that JMM has Pacs number, that his style is poison for Pac etc.
They had to know that anything other than a clear victory would make Pac look really really bad and jeopardize his p4p#1 spot bc his rival beat JMM easily.
And it was not like there was that big of a demand for that fight, he couldve easily fought someone else and never rematched JMM and nobody would even care.
So what the **** where they thinking?
Hubris it is imo, they started to believe their own hype and felt invincible until reality caught up with them.

they tried taking away marquezes advantages by moving him to welterweight and since he was 38 years old that thought he would be washed up, they were wrong, DEAD WRONG

That whole "he has gotten slower" excuse (when used to explain his recent less than stellar performances) seems to be an excuse from apologists who cannot admit he is just not as good as he has been hyped to be (though he is very good). He looks much faster against fighters who don't move a lot. Put him back in with Margarito and he will be 'greased lighting' again.

I explained why it's a bad idea in my previous post. And you are right, it is just you (or you are probably in the minority). I personally don't need to see Marquez not get a decision he deserves again.

basicly this is what i think about your thread. u fell into the hype of pacquioa being invincible then after the marquez fight u got a reality check. but u r somehow taking ur anger out on mayweather by calling him Fraud and gayweather but u should really be mad at urself for being so stupid and falling into the hype. regardless of pacs performance they both had tune up fights for eachother mayweather had ortiz(southpaw) pacquiao had marquez(counter puncher) but pac couldnt handle him but somehow got the W so the show must go on. u cant blame mayweather he didnt know pac would look like **** against marquez. u really need to stop hatin on mayweather cuz u have no reason to.

    Interesting.

It's still going. 14 pages or so.

Not bad for a 'failed thread' that nobody's read.:yep

If he hasn't gotten slower how do you explain him doing worse against Marquez than in the 2nd fight. Marquez didn't get better, hell he was hurt against guys like Diaz and Katsidis. So then how do you explain Pac doing better in the 2nd fight sucking so bad in the 3rd.
