I agree with you to a certain extent (tho its painfully obvious you have an anti Mayweather/pro Pac agenda)... Mayweather always said that if he beat Pac he would never get the credit he deserved, the thing is, if he had fought Pac anytime before Pac-JMM III & convincingly beat Pac (as I always felt he would, personally) then he would have received maximum credit & it would have did wonders for his ATG status, there would be no ????s hanging over his career...... BUT.... he waited that one fight too long & now he almost definitely will not receive full credit & he has nobody to blame but himself (& anyone else involved in the shameful 2 year long farce which prevented FMJ-Pac from happening.)

On a side note - Pac is still the same Pac that beat Cotto etc... its a styles thing with Marquez... when the fight happens, the guy who would have won two years ago will be the same guy who wins in 2012, it will be the same fight (if it happens, I`m still not holding my breath), the only difference will be the casual fans perception of it... the magic of it has been shattered because of Pac-JMM III because now one of the two top p4p fighters in the world doesn`t look invincible & we will have a clear favourite going into the fight & that man is Floyd Mayweather.

Those so called improvemnts gave them hope in that they thought for a second he could actually trouble PBF with his boxing skills now. After being exposed by JMM yet again they now realize that Pac doesn't have a snowballs chance against PBF so they have no interest in seeing Pac get slaughtered and I do mean a slaughtered. PBF would have no mercy on Pac as he taunted and clowned him throughout the fight.:yep

He tried to fight him but Pac ran out and made a fight with Clottey. A fight that no one wanted to see and a fight with a guy coming off a loss. Arum has pulled the wool over your eyes for years. PBF wanted this fight all along just wanted both men to test. Now the gig is up and we see who all along wanted to fight who.

The last time I checked PBF was trying to pursue a fight with Pac and it was Pac still hiding behind his promoter saying I fight who Bob Tells me to fight bull**** and Arum saying we're making Pac-JMM 4.

when did the "liar" pbf ever pursue a fight with Pac? all are just trash talk, he's a coward, the most response you always get was "I just never said that word or dont put words into my mouth" or "no negotiations ever took placed"

Mayweather weighed less vs Ortiz in the ring than all of Pacquiao's opponents since De La Hoya's corpse stumbled on to the scale.:good

Basically Pacquiao is too flawed to beat someone as good as Mayweather, which some of us knew all along.

If this was all as clean-cut as people make out, Foreman would have butchered Ali.

    Styles make fights.

Right, because the wife beating douchebag is a coward, not only is he a ****ing arrogant idiot, he's a whiny little ***** who'd rather make racist videos than fight someone in the ring. It's ****ing pathetic.

Yeah and I clearly made the distinction between 'hype' that was earned by facing challenges vs hype which is undeserved. And btw, did you not see Pac's last fight? Because he pretty much lost to JMM which you know, kinda kills the whole Gayweater vs Pac fan... If Gayweather was the smaller guy and took on the great challenge of facing oh so scary Pac, it would be one thing, but Pac is the smaller guy, you have to be completely delusional to deny this, and most folks thought he lost vs JMM who's smaller than Fraud... So you know, it kinda kills the whole thing when the smaller guy is basically coming off a loss... :tired
It shoudl have been done a long time ago, now boat has all but passed, and Mayflower lost his chance to beat Pac when it mattered. After the JMM loss, Pac's stock has gone down significantly.

Just check the rankings, for a long time Pac was ranked P4P, because, most people thought he'd win vs Fraud & faced much harder challenges than "lost the urge" gayweather. Now that he looked unimpressive, lost vs JMM, he's been relegated to 2nd spot, and all of a sudden, now Fraud claims to be interested in fighting him...

For Floyd it would have mostly no significance. He ducked Pac for years, and now that Pac has been not so impressive, now he's interested. So what if he beat a guy which got beat by a much smaller guy in his previous fight? See, the trouble is that Gayweather didn't want any of Pac, he didn't want to take the risk to lose, he was scared of fighting Pac. Now that he's seen that Pac can be beat, JMM pretty much demonstrated how it's done, then he's like, ok, I'll fight the asian midget...

Gaylahoya did the same thing with Vargas, he swore he'd never fight him, but then all of sudden was interested after Trinidad beat Vargas. He didn't want to rematch Mosley, until Mosley lost twice to Forrest... Then all of a sudden, oh, he was interested...

It's like Gayweather is always interested in the low blows, the cheap shots. He doesn't want to fight Pac when Pac is destroying everyone left and right, until Pac loses to a much smaller guy... Oh, ok, then it's time to fight Pac. That's the story of the last 10 years of his career. Only the easy pickings.

Since when I'm worried about the irrelevance of Floyd? Since he's looked very impressive vs Castillo and I was really interested to see his next fights. Until pretty much all of his next fights were publicity stunts against older, smaller, past prime fighters, etc... He's a ******, a cherry picker, he's been ducking fighters and going for the easy opposition for the last 10 years. So yeah, since the Castillo fight. :yep And he's been pretty much disappointing me since then.

"it was easy" Let's see the fight first... I never said it was "easy", Pac is the smaller man, so right away, he's coming in at a disadvantage. He looked unimpressive against a guy rated lower than Fraud, who's also much smaller than Fraud. So really, what would be the interest? If he wins, he's beat the smaller man he's been ducking for years, the asian midget he should have fought years ago, before he lost to a much smaller guy named JMM....

It's always been ridiculous that Fraud Gayweather was afraid of the asian midget with losses. The ****** should have shut the **** up and beat him in the ring instead of yapping is dumb chicken ****** mouth and running away from him... He's a *****. A talented turd who has great skill but the heart of a rat. A 'champion' who doesn't want to prove his greatness, doesn't care about his legacy & ducks fighters to preserve his '0'.

It's his fault he didn't fight him sooner. :patsch Are you so ****ing blind? Instead of running away from Pac, he should have fought him. JMM beat him without the 0 day olympic drug testing, and he's much smaller than Floyd, and arguably not as talented as Fraud. So at this point, Fraud sweeping in on the smaller guy who was just defeated is rather uninteresting compared to the megafight it could have been years ago.

Ah ok, so in your humble opinion, if Pac fought Marg with a 17 pound disadvantage, it would be ok to do the same vs Fraud... And vs Fraud, size (height, reach), make no difference... Yeah ok... Another idiot who knows nothing about boxing.

So tell me this, why hasn't GayFlower gained 7 pounds per fight and won 10 world championships in 10 weight classes? If he weighed 200lbs, he could face other 200lbs guys right? He'd weigh exactly the same! :tired

The problem with idiots like yourselves is that you believe your stupidity applies to everybody else. So you are a die hard *****, and dream of licking the **** off Floyd's holy ass. Floyd can do no wrong, Floyd is the best. When Floyd wins, you win. You live through Floyd. You're more like a teen chick with a mancrush than a boxing fan. And you think everybody who's ever cheered for Pac is the same as you...

You know what, if Pac fought Floyd in 2008, 9, 10, even 11, and won, I'd have given him props for it. Pac seemed unbeatable, he was destroying folks left and right, and Floyd stepped up to the plate and defeated him. Props to him. It very could have been that Fraud would have exposed Pac as a one dimensional fighter... But he'd have done it. He beat Mosley... Mosley was scary after beating Marg, and he fought him, and beat him... Props! Just turned out that Mosley was an old man and only a shadow of his former self... And gassed out after 3-4 rounds after almost knocking Floyd out... But hey, it was a change of pace from his gayness of hte last couple of years, too bad it largely came down to be a turd of a fight because Oldsley ran out of juice after 4 rounds...

But you know, now, what would it prove? JMM, smaller than Floyd, worst boxer many will say, just beat Pac. So what if Fraud beats him now? When he's look unimpressive against a smaller, less talented man, who got beat by the bigger Floyd? See that's the thing... Who cares now... Big ****... It's like beating an old De La Hoya, an old Marquez who had to gain 17 pounds & even then had to face an opponent who came in over the weight limit... And old Mosley who ran out of juice in the first third of the fight and couldn't even defeat a Sergio Mora... You know, for me the fight has lost its appeal.

I'd have loved to see Fraud fight Pac when Pac was at his peak. A Pac who just lost to JMM, I'm sorry to say, but isn't at his peak anymore. It's not the megafight it once would have been... Floyd missed the boat, he should have beat Pac before JMM stole the show.
