    Prime Morales would have broken down Raheem and beaten him easily.

    David Diaz even fighting close to him (David Diaz is an average fighter) was a clear indication Morales was shot.

    No I don't find it disrespectful at all because she was fine with the idea.

    And I won't remove it unless it's against the rules.

    I do have respect for Pacs power, especially at the lower weights. His so called "power" however has been less then impressive at the higher weight classes. I believe a more catuious JMM, who has worked out Pac before will have a stylistic advantage, and will win the fight. Raheem is not a top level fighter, and David Diaz CERTAINLY is not. The fact that he could not beat either of these guys says VOLUMES about his state as a fighter at this time. Especially considering the wars Morales had been in.

    It is overrated. He was coming off a loss. A closer to PRIME Morales BEAT Pac. That is something that can ACTUALLY be witnessed, not just you stating your personal opinion as fact. Pac showed very very little body work in the second fight, especially in the opening rounds. It was a case of Morales being an older fighter, not being able to sustain the pace of the fight, against a younger opponent. Whilst still a credible victory, it is overated in the sense that some people actually beleived this should have made Pac the #1 fighter p4p. Complete rubbish, considering his prior loss to Morales, and Draw (loss IMO) to JMM. Its all subjective, and if you saw the comments surrounding this victory from the Pachuggers on this board, you would realise my overated comment is extremely applicable in this instance.

    Well imo its an underrated win (excluding the pinoys). In the end saying that Morales was shot is just an excuse like any other.

    Pacquiao moved up in weight to fight Morales who had already had many fights at 130, that is just as valid an excuse as the past prime one, since it takes time to get acclimated to a new weightclass. However when PAcquiao lost it was 115-113, as opposed to when Morales lost where he got destroyed.

    But there were excuses for why Pacquiao lost that fight from his fans. Two in fact. And Morales had lost his previous fight at 130 as well....to MAB, who himself, was not prime.

    so one excuse washes out the other in the end Pacquiao is 2-1 against a great fighter, Morales, with 2 dominating wins and one close loss all excuses aside.

    You view it how you choose. Morales lost 5 of his last 6 matches, and along with the signs he showed before facing Pacquiao combined with the average fighters he lost to in the midst of that run lead me to believe he was shot. If that's an excuse, then whatever. I also view it as being part of the equation.

    I view Morales being past prime as part of the equation as well, as explained in my post. Still its not a black or white scenario where if Morales is past prime than its automatically not a great win. I take into consideration all the factors before making judgement on the outcome. However i respect that you can judge a fight as you please it no doubt and that some factors that have an impact might not in your eyes


    imo in their trilogy Pac has shown that he is better than Morales, prime for prime or not
