I am 95% sure Pac will win this fight. JMM was a stylistic nightmare for Pac, he was fast with crisp straight punches and difficult to hit. Diaz is nowhere near as fast, nowhere near as crisp, IMO dont have as much power and there to be hit. Pac has put the 3 great mexicans on the canvas 12 times, he carries serious power and Juan Diaz style would just be feeding him to the lions den.

At lightweight this is a shockingly competitive fight for how diametrically opposed on the power scale they are.

I still would've liked to of seen Pacquiao fight Guzman I think Guzman at his best had a very troubling style for Pacquiao.

It's a pity Guzman wasted his potential I think sometimes people forget how good he was at one point.

To be fair that was what most people said.
No one quite predicted Pac s run at the time.

Would have been a good fight at 135 for sure, but I think Pacs speed and power would have been too much for baby bull. Pac stops him like JMM did, but probably in more brutal fashion.

    Perfectly reasonable take in 2008.

Seems like it´s forgotten how crazy Pacquiao´s run past 130lbs was.

Pac beats Juan Diaz quite easily but it'll be fun to watch while it lasts.

the most coveted international title was manny's 130lb title.

sidenote...casamayor was the rightful champion at wbc 135 in 2007 wasnt he stripped becasue he didnt fight diaz. and then wbc assigned david diaz instead of juan diaz and mandatory for julio diaz. outrageous levels of fax machine era politics. just send a message who you are assigning to fight and give him his contact details. your a boxing 'ORGANISATION' for a reason.

I think we would have seen a very entertaining match, pure slugfest . On the prediction I say Pacquiao by tko after a very close first part of the fight

There was a guy pacdbest who predicted it all. I think he got banned for Pacquiao trolling. Ironic thing was, he wasn't trolling. He was only accurately predicting the future.
