    Was looking forward to that fight, it seemed like a good fight for both fighters.
    What's going to happen, Pac fighting Jeff Horn in Australia again?
    Pac's alternatives are bleak.

    Thurman vs Pac would be a great fight, there's 3 of the titles there. Then the winner of that can fight the winner of Brook vs Spence and we will finally know who the best at WW is.

    Too be fair to Con he fought his best ever with Maidana and he was rocked more than once by the little bulldog. I always felt if they only had one more round in that fight Khan would have gotten KTFO.

    The quoted numbers were all pie in the sky. The fight was agreed yes but nobody was putting up the money.

    I want to see Khan's side of the story

    and if it truly was just down to the UAE not having $38million then wtf is going on over there. These rich mofo's will spend that much money a year on cars but not a fight in their own sandy crap of a country. sure whatever.

    All true, my point was a legit power puncher like Maidana couldn't get the job done against Khan, I don't see run time setting on his punches long enough to get it done either, he got running to do :dancer2:

    Why would someone put up $38 mil for a fight that won't make anywhere in near that back?

    The two fighters are dumb if they thought they would get that much money.

    I've been dubai 3 times. I've seen the wealth. I just think they overestimated the pull of a Pacquiao v Khan fight.

    Pacquiao is near the end and Khan is Khan. The only person who thinks Khan is any kind of worldwide star is amir Khan.
