what do you guys think.....can pac do to money may what duran did to sugar ray in their first meeting.......i personally dont think so due to floyds brilliant defensive skills, and the way he keeps his composure when he gets hit....sugar ray at times tried to slug it out with a slugger and it paid off for duran....but i really dont see that happening in this fight....
Good analogy Freddy! and i am not saying that Pac won't win but Ray fought durans fight that night and floyd will never do that, you feel me.
man, floyd is so freakin smart in there that i clearly see an easy UD for him.....but then you got manny, a man that shows no ****en fear or respect for any mans gameplan and just sucks you into his.....man'ol man i can't ****en wait.....i can't believe a year ago this fight didn't make sense to me....that's what i love about boxing, anything can change after any given fight.......GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOFLOYDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
hmm says . . . I see why not.. He can but will he? I just watched the Duran SRL fight the other day. In terms of magnitude I think PBF vs Pac is greater.. In terms of action, I just hope it is also PBF vs Pac. I also see a UD or SD for PBF but I hope I am proven wrong.
It's more like Khan vs. Salita. Floyd gets KO'd easy by any legit fighter at or near his size. Which is why he has avoided fighting them like Roger avoids police.
Nah, I don't think so. Duran won because he played Leonard. He called him out in his lack of balls and Leonard tried to prove him wrong and used the wrong tactics. Mayweather won't be drawn into a fight...even if Pacquiao, Roch and co. call Mayweather out, as the runner he is. However...can Pacquiao win? Yes. We've seen Mayweather lose early rounds to guys in the past and I can see it happening again. I don't think Mayweather is as good as he was years ago and I can see him losing the first 6 rounds, whilst he struggles to adapt to Pacquiao's impossible style. I think this fight could come down to tactics, actually. Roach is the only man in years, who gave the blueprint on beating Mayweather. De La Hoya could have beaten Mayweather if he had stuck to the gameplan. Billy Graham was never a tactician and we saw the damage he inflicted on Hatton, when he fought Pacquiao. Nacho is a great trainer but his man was so slow, he couldn't do anything. Let's not forget that Roach knows how to get past the shoulder roll defence. He knows how to beat Mayweather more than any other trainer in the world and he has a physical monster and a great student to pull it off.
No, Mayweather will win this. Ps. Leonard was better than Mayweather & Duran was better than Pacquiao by an even bigger margin anyway for what its worth.
Nothing in this world would bring as much joy in my heart than to see Pac KO PBF. But I also said something like that for Tua against Lewis.
that means nothing....you can teach, show, think you know what to do, but 1) it has to be executed 2) easier said than done 3) he may not even do the shoulder roll
Your one of the worst posters Ive ever come across, I`ll be glad to see the back of you on march 14th.
nice one jack....but how do you figure roach "knows" how to get passed that defense....i mean, oscar has always had a great jab and he was a lot bigger than floyd...so that played a huge roll in it too....what's roach gonna teach manny about the shoulder roll
