This has been done to death. Pac in all the previous polls is always ahead convincingly and is generally considered as having the better resume.

 

Pac has better victories, if losses don't count against a resume he is ahead.

However Pacs most impressive victories were at 126 and 130, one division Floyd never fought in, and another where Floyd faced the best fighters available at that particular time, I don't really blame him for not being able to face Pacs opponents at 130 as they simply weren't there.

If you remove defeats and super close or controversial victories from their resume so both are undefeated, then Pacquiao takes it for sure. With those included, I give the clear edge to Mayweather.

It is very close either way no doubt.
