Mayweather came out after Pac and Arum seemed to be walking away cause they couldn't agree on testing that Pac was "walking away" from the super-fight and that all he asked for was Olympic style drug testing with a 14 day cutoff point from the fight. Pac didn't agree and I believe stuck with their 21 day proposal.

In the next sad saga Pac agreed up to 7 or 10 days? Mayweather didn't want to because he didn't have the urge. His team denied negotiations took place although head of HBO Greenberg said that was ridiculous. I believe Hayman also disputed this. Now, the last complaint for Floyd fans is that they want (For some reason for Floyd) random drug-testing up to to the fight with NO cutoff point. As if Manny is going to stuff himself with PEDs within the 7-10 days he had in his "compromise" and still not got caught by the post-fight blood & urine drug-testing. All foolish, sad, and ridiculous that they can't owe up to the truth. Who cares about a couple bullshitting from Arum? Or Ellerbe? What's the big picture show?

I feel Pac might not be the most informed guy behind the scenes. But his team admitted to agreeing to a 7-10 day compromise and Floyd's team said no negotiations took place. Which made them look awful. Floyd from that point has never asked for drug-testing up to the fight day. Floyd really hasn't come out and say this is why the fight hasn't taken place because it's simply not true. Mayweather hasn't requested drug-testing up until the fight night (Originally, but he has previously compromised to a 14 day cutoff).

If the Floyd-Pac fight is going to take place it's because Floyd is willing to fight. Right now, he probably still doesn't have the "urge."
