In the second lot of negotiations, Pacquiao and Mayweather's advisors accepted, presumably on Mayweather's advice. Mayweather then said he didn't want the fight.

We all speculated as to why. Pac and Arum came out saying they agreed to EVERYTHING! I said from the beginning that lying Pac never agreed to everything about testing. You guys called me crazy for it. Jeff Mayweather also confirmed it. HBO 24/7 later FURTHER confirmed it.

Still these *******s are running around saying Pac wanted the fight and Mayweather didn't. There is nothing to walk away from for a CLEAN fighter. Pac wants the fight without drug testing. Period. :deal
