Gatti would of destroyed Pac

 

Look man, Gatti was great, god rest his soul. And I LOVED watching him fight, but be realistic here. Even in his prime, he would get hit AT WILL by fighters not even at the elite level. He looked actually kind of slick vs Ward, Dorin, Leija......but then look what happened when he stepped up to Floyd! I don't think he landed one punch. Pac is the type of fighter who has SIGNIFICANT STRENGTHS, that being speed, quickness, awkwardness. If he finds a fighter that does not have other significant strengths to counter his (Hatton/Cotto/Diaz/Old Oscar) he will destroy them.
And also Pac being a southpaw....Gatti would be destroyed worse then Floyd did, because pac is so much more aggressive then Floyd. It would be awful to watch for Gatti fans

Come on, Gatti would get beaten up badly. He struggled against quick fighters. Not just the greats like DLH and Mayweather but also fighters like Robinson and Rodriguez. Gatti's defense sucked. He'd box for awhile then get caught and go to war, and he'd leave himself wide open down the middle when he threw those winging hooks. Pacquiao would have a field day with it.

 

If a shot to **** Morales beat Pac then imagine what a ruthless loose cannon like Gatti would do. Any way you slice it Gatti is too ferocious and ballsy for Pac. Roach would throw in the towel before allowing Pac to get into a Gotti/Ward type fight.

 

No one wins a brawl with Pacman.

 

Gatti would end up like he did in Brazil.
