This is 100% spot on. People often bring up his unimpressive performances against mediocre opposition to bring him down, but that's what it was, he seemed to fight to their level. When he fought a great fighter, he stood up and smoked them. Possibly the best, (not greatest), featherweight in the history of boxing. He could do absolutely everything in the ring, and he is one fighter who could definately stop Pacquiao. But I'd take him to win a very clear decision.
