    Can someone give me a link where Floyd said random testing up until the fight? i never actually read it before. or heard him say.

    Clearly you don't know that the ONLY test for EPO is a urine test, and Pacquiao has agreed to UNLIMITED RANDOM URINE TESTING since day 1. Please don't try to purport yourself as another PED expert.

    I don't know if he is delusional but on 24/7 Pacquiao pretty much admitted that he didn't meet PBF demand for the drug testing Pacquiao said he'd do 14 days Mayweather and Co. wants random. The thing is people get caught up in conspiracy theories and trying to piece things together when as long as this has been going on the only FACTS we have is that Floyd and Manny cannot come to terms on the testing situation.
