Typical ESB..looking at the tree instead of the forest.

    I'll keep this simple...

I'll commend PAc for challenging Hatton. The man fights the best and challenges himself even if everyone is a bad matchup for him.

I remember just a few months ago people were hating why PAc wouldnt fight JMM. He did. Now hes asking Hatton. What a warrior if its true. He is great for boxing.

As a real boxing fan, I'm salivating at this the thought of this happening..How could this be bad? And why the **** is anyone concerned for PAcs health?.

Only on ESB..the boxing forum is really turning into ****

it's called who is more settled at the weight of 140. but i get your point about about the size though the size which makes hatton bigger is the frame and not the height. if de leon, rafa or vazquez wants to fight pac at 130, i wouldn't be too surprised if they give pac some trouble and even if they beat pac. in a hatton-pac match, it would be a good thing if pac will get cortez as the referee. :D

I am more than a real boxing fan. I want to see fights that aren't spectacles, but competitive. This will not be competitive.

I don't give fighters "warrior" props for fighting a fight they know they will lose for a huge payday. He gets that for his fight with Morales and his fights with JMM. Not fighting someone for a ton of money who he knows he cannot beat.

Has Arum, Roach, Pacquiao or yourself ever predicted Pacquiao would lose? Does it benefit either of you to be objective? No.....

And Mayweather predicted Mosley would beat Cotto. Moving on.

i don't think this is an impossible fight for pac to win the way other posters here are suggesting. get some referee who will not let hatton fight his game (roughing someone inside) and we got a game. if pac will fight campbell (who is a big lightweight) why not go for hatton? but i would still suggest going for casa if pac beats david diaz.

Size doesn't win fight all the time. The weight class was implemented to create equality & make fights competitive. But Pac's power proved supreme at 130. He's now will moved up to 135 & everybody's expecting him to just KO a 135 title holder Diaz. Look at heavyweights, their weight can differs from about 30-100lbs but still.. not the heavier ones wins all the time. Most of the time it's the quicker, more agile & the more sturdier & well conditioned fighter wins.

Pac when in training & not dieting weighs 146 lbs. Hatton Probably in 150-156 lbs fully trained. That weight difference is just small compared to some other notable fight. DLH outweighs PBF but didn't change the results. Pac also was not easy to hit anymore, just watch his last fight with JMM. Pac looks like the more sturdier guy against elite competitions. Pac's definitely the faster guy & has Power to hurt Hatton.

I suppose you would give Rafael Marquez props for calling out Pacquiao? Or would you say he is looking for a big money payday?

How many times have Pacquiao fans claimed that fighters are only calling out Pacquiao for the money? Do you give those fighters props for wanting to fight the best? No.....as PacD says "Get in line for the Pac Sweepstakes".

What, you don't like having it thrown back at you? (Generalization) You ask why anyone here should care about Pacquiao's health? I ask you....why should anyone here be so concerned about how much Pacquiao will make for his fights? All I'm saying is that the PacFans don't seem to be too consistant.

yea Pacs giving away a big fight adavantage by asking for the fight in england, I cant see this been a total toe to toe battle, Pac has to just fight on the back foot dodging hattons hugs and body shots by moving alot round the ring while holding Pac can wear hatton down by landing effective punchs with a a hit and move stratergy

    but a PAv victory

    :good :good :good

It seems like this guys who doubted Pac in the past don't want Pac to achieve anymore. KG not interested with Pac-Hatton???? Why??? I can't imagine people in 1940-1950s not interested with Featherweight Champ Henry Armstrong Challenging The welter & Middleweight Champ.

Guys we're are talking about Pac, This guy has the resume of an ATGs, The Speed & power we haven't seen before. This guy is a Proven winner. This guy has proven he can bring his Power as he moved up in weight. This guy already beat the best in his weight class. This guy is P4P #2. And you guys never give Pac a Chance against a recently Koed Hatton??? I can't believe you guys!!!!:bbb

Speed and power we haven't seen before? :rofl

Don't make comparisons you have limited knowledge of.

Recently KO'd by a WW is not the same as fighting a recent SFW who was stunned by a SFW. You just don't know what you're on about.

You don't remember what Hatton did to Zoo do you? If you were a fan of Manny P., you would not think this match up is good for him. Hatton is far bigger and stronger than Manny which makes it dangerous and a mismatch. There is a reason for weight divisions.

I for one will be very dispointed with Hatton if he took this fight.
