At first I was giving Pac a benefit of the doubt because he had not been proven guilty. However, when one has a chance to vindicate him or herself and find reasons not too. It really raises a humongous cloud of suspect. And to throw away a potential 25 to 40 million dollar payday, it just does not add up.

Why not just just agree to the random test so you can prove you're innocence? Pacquiao appears to be cheating right now, but for some reason he won't clear his name and you're okay with that? Mayweather's my favorite current fighter and if he refused to test I couldn't give him a pass. I guess Pacquiao fans have no real moral or conscience. The fact that one of the most popular fighters in boxing is refusing a random test is embarrassing to the sport. I hope Manny is clean, but I don't believe he is. How can you defend a guy doing this stuff. Oh, and Baseball and other organized sports have unions so that would never happen "Red Sox Fan".

Exactly! That's what's so crazy about this and the *******s have no answer for it. No man in their right mind who wasn't on something would pass up a payday like that especially if their looking to get out of the sport anyway. The guy has something to hide and that's why he won't agree but these ****ing idiots will never admit it.

You can't explain passing on all of that money unless you're guilty.

Good post. But what you fail to realize is that guys like boston aren't boxing fans they're *******s and after he stops fighting they won't be around. They couldn't careless if he makes the sport look bad as long as their hero doesn't get caught.

That's it in a nutshell. *******s can't explain that point there. You will get all kinds of **** like he doesn't need to bow to PBF or Pac has nothing left to prove or PBF is scared of Pac. They will not answer that question honestly.

I can see where you are going with this and I agree to some extent. However, Pac is a worldwide icon, a lot of people admire him not only for his skills but his actions outside the ring as well. Celebrities are judged and held on a higher regard than us normal people so by him not only "ducking" a blood test but providing a lame excuse in the process makes him and his camp look pretty bad.

Nowadays, athletes are not even being caught using steroids or performance enhancing drugs - they are coming forward and confessing about it. That leaves room to wonder, if A-rod or Marion Jones could get away with using them, what stops Pacquiao or any other athlete from doing the same - especially when your conditioning coach (Ariza) was involved in the BALCO fiasco...This is my reason as to why drug testing should be more stringent in sports.

If he does not take the test, it will leave a big question mark on his legacy. Hatton, Oscar, and Cotto now will now have doubts. It would be a lot easier to take the test and put the rest all this confusion. I am like Allen Iverson now "A teaspoon man, we talking about a teaspoon full of blood".

It's obvious Pac has something a lot more valuable to lose than 40 mil.
