I don't agree, people said that when he lost to quintana but then we saw what happened in the rematch.

If he was such a hype job the likes of floyd, cotto and mosley would have fought him, but they chose not to hear him calling them out while he was at 147.

Williams beat Margarito which is no easy task. He also got the first decision against martinez. A lot of fighters have been beating faded great fighters and some how get credit so I guess williams could even list how he schooled Winky Wright.
