Similarly, OSDT is not an alteration of the rules, just a different way of making sure you're not breaking them. New rules would be like: "Instead of stepping on the scale you must have each of your body parts weighed individually and added together" or "In addition to PEDs that are already banned from use, you are also disallowed from drinking your own urine during training."
