Floyd is "Special"....Floyd needs specail treatment and special requirements so PAC has to bend over backwards just so Floyd doesn't have any excuses NOT to fight.

Again.....PAC said he would...all Floyd has to do is step up, get the contracts signed and hold PAC to his word that is plastered EVERYWHERE.

There's a reason Floyd chooses NOT to play this card! It's b/c he's not serious enough to fight nor does he have to. ... He already Knows PAC is waiting for him.
