not if horn gets allowed to do his fouling, and if judges score his fouling as effective aggression

Pac will be even older and continuing his gradual decline of the last few years (in activity, fluidity of movement, willingness to pull trigger esp. w/ combos, sense of timing both offensively and defensively) while Horn will continue to be in the heart of his prime and should at the very worst do exactly as well again, perhaps even better with the chip on his shoulder to prove all the naysayers wrong (as opposed to Pacquiao, already plagued for years now with outside distractions and with no real fire under his ass to come in any hungrier).

Pac had Horn hurt in the 9th, yes, but couldn't finish him - and last we forget Pac was himself pretty clearly stunned a few rounds earlier. The difference there is that Pac hadn't expended much in rounds 1-5 to suggest that his being hurt was the product of fatigue or being punched out. Horn on the other hand spent eight rounds gunning hard before he got in trouble, which probably came more as the result of those factors than of the effectiveness of Pac's firepower vis-a-vis Horn's punch resistance.

So all things being equal, Horn is just as capable of hurting Pac as vice-versa, and will probably come in the same or slightly better whereas Pac can be expected to bring the same or slightly worse form.

Horn should be favored in a rematch.

LOL at you trying to compare Horn to the likes of Ward and AJ. LOL at you thinking Horn has a legit inside game. Pac will box more next time and he will time the straight left much better. Pac can make adjustments Horn can't.

Yes I was saying he is the same as those guys, sigh. You really need to let go a bit tbh...

IF Pac decides to take the rematch yes he will take it more seriously but how is he going to time a punch better, you don't think his lack of timing has nothing to do with the fact he is 38 yo??

    What goes first?? Timing..

Take your angry blinkers off an start looking at this whole thing with a little pragmatism. .

Oh I agree the only reason Horn wasn't stopped is because Pac is 38 a prime Pac stops Horn in 2 rounds. A 38 year old Pac is still good enough to time a C level fighter like Horn. I don't have to let anything go this is a boxing forum where fans can voice there opinions on the fights. If Pac was able to beat Horn up the first time with out taking him seriously no doubt he can dominate him more the second time so he can get the decision or stoppage.

Yer and a prime Oscar smashes Manny into a pulp so what, he didn't and never will fight a prime Manny, thats just angry talk to make yourself feel better..

I'm not sure just getting angry because a result made you look totally stupid after months of trolling is discussing you opinion tbh but each to their own..

Manny didn't beat anyone up the first time you yourself have be complaining about Horns illegal tactics yet Manny still beat him up?? Why complain then they obviously didn't work...

Discussion is what IB wrote angry ranting is what you are doing...

Prime Oscar v Manny is a competitive fight. Horn looked like he was put through a meat grinder and he was badly beaten up in the 9th round to say he wasn't is just ignorant. Try taking off your Aussie cheer leader blinkers. Illegal tactics were the only thing that was effective for Horn. I have admitted to being wrong with my pre fight predictions Horn did better than I thought but he still did not deserve to get the decision and I still don't like the guy.

Headbutts do that to you face, did you even watch the fight, I suppose the r8 slip was a knock down too like some where shrilling yesterday...

Manny couldn't get him out of there due to his great heart or Manny is shot depending on which way you look at it.

The tactics weren't illegal as plenty of great fighter have used them over the years, Ward and Wlad, Fury loves a forearm in the face ask Cunningham and no I don't think Horn is at their level sigh..

Lucas Browne is the king of headbutts (you like him don't you?) not because he is dirty but because like Horn he is an aggressive come forward guy.

Yes I had the Aussie blinkers on but nor where near the pac hysteria level on this forum.

Out of interest why on earth don't you like him other than he has made you look like a complete tool but we all get them wrong so surly it can't just be that..

Nope you are trying to put words in my posts that I never said, no knock down scored in the 8th the 9th was not a 10-8 round but I still had Pac winning 116-112 I don't have to make stuff up to come to that conclusion. I am not talking about other fighters you feel the need to bring up other fighters tactics to excuse Horn's dirty tactics.

I don't like Horn because of his dweeb personality and the fact that I think he is an arrogant douche and doesn't have the swagger to pull it off. His instagram video waving cash around and his post fight call out of Floyd were just cringe worthy. He even tried to knock Kamboses for being part of Pacs team. Who the hell is Horn to tell any other fighter how to make a living? Plenty of reasons to dislike the guy. I am not like some of the bogan fans who buy his nice guy act.

I genuinely genuinely do not see how someone could view the first fight as a controversial outcome. Certainly more likely to improve for Horn than for Pacquiao six months from now.

Like with Bradley, Morales, BArrera, Pacquiao won all his rematches. He adjust really well.
Not to mention he did not really lose against Dirty-Horney :fusmile

To do that he has throw more often which leaves Horn more opportunities to bully him to the ropes and dick him again.
