That is some serious definition in Pac's biceps...

I bet Pac's having a really killer training camp.

 

I remember seeing a Pac mitt session for the Clottey fight that was more impressive.

I noticed that **** immediately too, looks like pac's incorporating some shoulder roll def into his skillset.. :think

 

Being able to do it on fight night is a different story. Oscar was taught how to shoulder roll by THE shoulder roll master aka Joy Sr, but ended up using it horribly. Cotto always fails with the shoulder roll. Will emmanuel be able to pull it off?

 

Its the part before that when Pac and Roach whispered to each other "we better show a glimpse of what we'll do to Margo" for the real boxing fans in here.
