Pac would still be undefeated if it wasn't for his love for the fans

Pac's losses all come from trying to please the fans by brawling, trading punches, lunging in looking for the KO etc

If Manny wanted to, he could have been an undefeated safety first fighter his whole career, thanks to his unrivaled footspeed, endless stamina and ability to throw power punches from any angle, on the move, without his feet properly set

His gameplans could have been always: dart in, land, dart out, run, potshot with 1-2, run, never brawl, never trade punches, never look for the KO unless it's an accumulation one, etc. think on the Pacman from the Rios fight with some tweaking

Pac could have always fought that way and he'd still be undefeated, (JMM who sucks **** against negative movers wouldn't have been able to do **** to that Pac)

Pac would still be P4P#1 and Floyd would have been forced to take the fight much sooner

but then again, if he did, Pac's fights would be labeled as snoozers and Pac would be called a ¨cowardly health comes first *****¨ instead of a warrior. People wouldn't be entertained with his fights, wouldn't love Pac nearly as much as they do.

So Pac is like a boxing martyr in that sense, he had all the tools to be dominant and practically untouchable as long as he didn't give a **** about the fans like Floyd does. but instead he chose to sacrifice his health, legacy and monetary interests in order to make us fans happy

    thanks Pacman :thumbsup

He would still have the loss from not making weight early in his career and maybe the torrecampo one too- he wasnt moving forward at all in that title fight, got backed into a corner, and dropped. He was going to be stripped of his belt anyway.

I do agree marquez wouldnt be as effective against a negative fighter, but their battles would be boring hard to score affairs instead of exciting hard to score affairs then .

the myth of the supremacy of defensive boxing? Okay, just kidding, but Pac is a live underdog for real here.

Pac wouldn't be undefeated and it would still be totally OK. Boxing is not a video game where the whole purpose is never getting defeated. It's thrill and entertainment which Pac provides to the full extent. That's the exact reason why I've always followed Pac closely and always been a fan of him.

Undefeated status is really too overhyped especially in pro boxing where fighters have too much say in who they will fight. This hype is part of the reason why so much ducking takes place.

I could barely even open the post, then I absolutely could not get past the tahrdation of the second sentence without feeling a headache welling up...but what should I expect from someone calling themselves Godlovkin, it's like you were born with pom poms in your hands.

Pac losses came from his reckless aggression. Pleasing the fans had nothing to do with it. He's a offensive fighter, which leaves him open for counter shots.

Singsurat beat a listless Pac, who looked slow and ill. A terrible showing. He didn't get caught coming in recklessly, he got beaten up in that fight. The weight was too low for him. Watch that fight. Then imagine that the guy who couldn't hang there would bludgeon Oscar, Cotto, Margarito, and Hatton. Crazy.
