Yeah, and he agreed to. Even though there was no evidence he was on roids, or any reason to believe it. He agreed to take blood tests up until 24 days and immediately afterward, where there would be no benefit from taking steroids.
Especially the ones that are only detectable through blood... because he would still be giving urine tests.
