Bob Arum is to blame for this,he is a horrible,horrible man and makes Don King look like he is the best promoter who has ever lived,he wants Manny to have an easy road to the top and tries to pin the blame on Mayweather when really he knows that he and his team stopped the fight happening,for example take this quote:

Why would he want to Manny in the ring with someone he called the greatest fighter of all time since Ali,I used to like Manny and still do but it is Arum pulling the strings and Manny follows him.

i agree with you. the bobfather is a horrible, horrible horrible horrible man. but if you're really following the news, greater weight of blame falls into the hands of floyd. all fingers point at floyd.

 

He would probably use the current urine test in place. No Olympic style blood test for my future opponents except for Manny Pacquiao.
