Both, but I just don't understand why Pac couldn't do random testing. I don't know all details of the negotiations and didn't follow the developments closely because i assumed it would all get worked out. But I jsut don't get why Pac would throw away The Legacy fight plus umpteen million dollars b/c he was offended by a random drug test. To me a simple solution would've been to take the test, pass it, and talk **** on Floyd for making him take it.

 

I don't think GBP did all that good either. Guys in GBP were implying that Pacquiao was on something. DLH would say for the longest time that Pacquiao was simply fast, not powerful. Then later on he says "when Pac was hitting me, it was like getting hit by Vargas and Mosley (who were dirty)". Richard Schaefer gave Zab Judah **** for wanting random drug tests against Shane Mosley and now he's demanding what Judah did.

Shane Mosley, someone who admitted in court that he took something after they said "you can call it flaxseed oil", was questioning Pacquiao and claiming he was some clean fighter.

All Manny had to do was undergo random blood testing, but no, he didn't want to do it, he didn't want to be exposed as a cheater once the tests for HGH or any other designer steroid came back positive.
