LOL. I like how the video shows Kessler being called out for stacking, and claims Pac did the same. Nowhere did that vid show Manny stacking his knuckles. Using tape to stabilize the wrist is legal in Nevada, and I'd assume it's kosher in Texas as well. Hardly illegal wraps, TS.

I remember Garcia getting very upset during the wrapping of Pacquiao's hands. But they didn't do nothing about it. I still don't know why they ignored Garcias concern.

We can't see from the video however whether or not Manny stacked Gauze, then Tape, then Gauze, then Tape......we just see a small mountain on his knuckles that could be one knuckle-pad with gauze taped once after it and that's it.
