    This... Also, the roll between the knuckles was first seen and protested in the PAC/de la Hoya fight.. That's when Roach complained about Oscar doing this. The Vegas commission ruled it was legal, so Roach said he would do Pacs the same way. And he's been doing it ever since.. It is not illegal and any fighter can do it that way if they like..
