    Pac's got to where he is with boxing skill. He would still be at the same level without this ridiculous amount of running.

    10 miles a day is ******ed unless you're a distance runner. Even then it's probably too much. I doubt this is how much he does anyway, the numbers just seem a bit to round. Probably just the guys advertising the phone telling him to talk **** so you remember the stupidly high numbers and end up talking about the advert/phone. Good marketing works, this thread proves it...

    if ur a distance runner then 10 miles a day is not much. thats about what a top class 800m runner would do in his endurance phase.

    That's just silly. Just because somebody is one of the best at what they do doesn't mean everything they do is right.

    1st, Pac doesn't run 10 miles every day, and he probably rarely goes 10 at all.

    2nd, 10 miles a day IS ******ed for a boxer or just about anyone. Maybe every other day, 2 on 1 off, something like that, but only for certain phases of training.
