**** 22 is my lucky number. Really tempted to throwing some down on Lucas. I won a over a hundred on Smith Hopkins, thinking this could be similar. I know luke is no spring chicken & pax is a pretty good out boxer but it's been awhile since Pac was in with a puncher like Matthysse. I don't like how Joel Diaz is talking though I'm probably just gonna enjoy this one.
I am about to change my pick in the league to LMM KO. But i am not sure. Pac Man is tough even if he is past prime version and looked horrible vs Horn. But LMM definitely has more power than Horn, or i am wrong here?
I think it's very feasible. Pistol was definitely a bad style match up for Matthysse long out boxer. Lucas can be relentless & sometimes Pacman can be aloof in the the clinch. I Picked Garcia underdog over Matthysse so I feel I know what Lucas is capable of but man I feel this could be a 50/50 fight
I think Postol recently showed that he is definitely elite level, maybe not TOP ELITE like Taylor obviously, but still elite. The loss is acceptable especially if we considering the matchup in general.
I bet on The Pac Man by KO at +400. I'm assuming we are all hardcore fans, so does anyone in here remember the Kiram fight? Lucas looks way more shot than Pacquaio. Kiram would have been a KO1 or KO2 highlight reel for MP. Matthysse looked slow and lethargic but he did still retain his power, which is the only thing that makes him dangerous in this fight. He isn't going to "outbox" MP. While the Horn fight was close (I thought Manny edged it), Pac did almost knock him out in the ninth round. I thought Manny still looked pretty good, his stamina was still decent and he still had his speed. Horn is tough though and he is young. He isn't dealing with injuries and lay-offs like LM and he is a natural WW. I think Manny retires LM here IMO. Lucas will either gets stopped or quits before the tenth round is my prediction. Mattyhsse does still have power but I think he is going to find it difficult to land a HR punch on Pacquaio.
