Roy Jones Jr, SRL, Meldrick Taylor, Hector Camacho, FMJ, etc.
For a HW, Michael Dokes was fast.....some would disagree.
    Tim Bradley.....etc

Its your opinion. But there's been a great number of fighters through history faster then any version of Pac. Prime Camacho sr. M.Taylor, R.Leonard, R.Jones, I,Lazana, H.Davis jr. And thats just a few off the top of my head. R.Robinson, Ali, pound for pound. Mayweather sr and jr. Was watching the fight between Mayweather sr and R.Leonard The other day. His hand speed had R.Leonard frustrated for a while . So their are so many. Willie Pep?

Wrong. Pac was fast, but Roy Jones Jr. was faster. Also Leonard, Howard Davis jr, Meldrick Taylor, Bernard Taylor, and Ray Robinson were minimum just as fast. As was Hector Camacho. As far as heavies, you had Ali, Patterson, and in the last 30 years or so, Tyson, Micheal Dokes, Greg Page, Tony Tubbs, and Mitch Green.

Roy Jones Jr. and Hector Camacho Sr. stood out to me in their speed. They had fast hands, fast feet, fast reflexes.

Some fighters like Amir Khan and Meldrick Taylor would throw more arm flurries. RJJ & Camacho could show amazing speed while throwing combos with punches with real leverage on them.

HECTOR ISNT AS FAST AS rjj, AND HE ISNT EVEN CLOSE TO PACMAN, ROY IS CLOSE TO PACMAN, ITS BETWEEN THOSE TWO, BUT THE FASTEST THINGS IVE SEEN FROM PACMAN ARE FASTER THAN THE FASTEST THINGS IVE SEEN FROM ROY, BE IT SINGLE SHOTS, COMBOS, BAG WORK, SHADOW BOXING

HECTOR, SUGAR, KHAN ETC ARE ON ONE LEVEL

THEN ABOVE THEM ITS RJJ AND PACMAN,
