I really think manny got tired. He was breathing out his mouth from about the sixth on. I honestly watched this fight five times. 3 x I scored it a draw. Ttwo times, manny winning. If I use the same logic I did for the marquez fight I dont think bradley should have won. But it really doesnt bother me that pac lost sincehe gave basically 8-12 away to try an coast and when u give that maany rounds up u leave ur self in danger of gettin a loss even tho the rounds u won were more convincing. U dont get extra points unless dude gets put on his butt.

But was not workate, Combos, and angles from which he came in out(footwork) made Pac what he is?

Taking these things away leaves a left hand happy fighter in my view.

Rico has basically said exactly what needs to be said in this thread. :good

You're not really making any sense, you say Pacquiao is done, yet he has just beaten a very good boxer in Bradley. He did not need workrate or combinations to beat him. He fought a very controlled bout, and won decisively IMO.

Even if all of the things you mentioned have deteriorated, or "gone"...he has still just picked up a very good victory, but you want him to retire?

Boxers deteriorate in certain areas as they age, but they also improve in other areas because they have to.

Mayweather made his name for driving in and out of range in a "springy" stance, hitting boxers with accurate shots/combinations. Mayweather does not do this anymore, he is more flat-footed, mainly due to age and added weight, he doesn't fight like he used to, he doesn't fight the way he made his name, should he retire? The answer is no, he has deteriorated in certain areas, but improved in others.

Pacquiao was controlled and patient in there, he stepped up his foot speed when he needed to, he didn't just waste energy and leave himself off balance. And like Rico said, it's a lot harder to land combinations on a moving target.

Well I saw the fight different to most I scored the fight a draw with Bradley winning the last 4 rounds, again the only punch which Manny had success was with the left hand.

In my view Manny's killer bite to his game has gone, and have some of his best assets, deffo in decline.

So behind your and rico's theory Manny has ALWAYS had trouble with movers, please back that up, or is it the case that he no longer have the legs.

No offense, but it wasn't a draw, it wasn't close to a draw, never mind a Bradley win. The clean, effective punching in the majority of the rounds came from Pacquiao. Pacquiao always has success with his left hand, Marquez has been the only boxer I can remember who has limited the success of the left...but he is not just a left hand fighter now. The left hand landed consistently, so he threw it continually. His jab and right hook had success also.

Pacquiao has been in decline since 2010, but this is actually the best Pacquiao we have seen since the Margarito version.

Pacquiao has not always had trouble with movers. Bradley was always going to try move to his left to avoid the straight, Pacquiao and Roach always knew they would try to implement parts of the Marqeuz gameplan. This is why Pacquiao did not rush out the blocks, this is why he was patient, this is why he was not rushing in and looking amateur-ish like he did at times against Marquez.

Pacquiao actually dealt better with his foot placement, keeping front foot on the outside and enabling him to land the left consistently.

I had PAC 6-2 after 8 rounds, with Bradley taking the last 4.

As I said once Bradley clocked the left hand PAC could not much at all, last 4 rounds PAC was found wanting.

The old PAC would not of let the fight go past 6 rounds, once he would of had Bradley rocked it was over.

This PAC let him off in my view.

Pacquiao from 2009/10 would have finished Bradley early IMO. But he is far from shot/done (another overused word on this forum that people don't understand the meaning of). That is your argument isn't it? That Pacquiao is finished and should retire.

Pacquiao landed the left across the 12.

What's your definition of found wanting?

I agree that he is on the slide but he still dominated one of the best fighters in the world. Outside of Floyd and JMM there is no one at 147 or below who can trouble him.
