I won't question Pacman but I seriously think his team should make him understand it's the best thing possible to do at the present time. Just use that as extra motivation.

How? Because he is walking away from one of the biggest fights in recent time so he won't have to take the better testing.

A person with half a brain might wonder about the rest of his fights.

Then you probably have no brain at all. If he was not clean in any way he would have been caught like James Toney and others like him were. Fact is according to currents tests after 55 professional fights the man is clean, whether you want to accept it or not is your own problem.

The man made it clear that giving blood one day before the fight affects him physically. Bodies react different to certain tests or similar, a person with NO BRAIN AT ALL would know that. He never said he's against tests in general, he's willing to take it, just not one day before the fight.

    EDIT

About it being the biggest fight of his life, Pacquiao DOESN'T need it as much as Mayweather does and it's OBVIOUS. Pacquiao is already accomplished and considered the greatest of this generation by almost everyone worh something and worth nothing in the sport. Every fan will tell you the same thing as well. Pacquiao can retire right now with nothing on his back, can Mayweather do the same?, the answer is no. In order to punch back at Pac in terms of history making Mayweather needs to go to Middle and win the lineal title then Super Middle to win any title and become 7 weight division champion as well. Will that happen?, the answer is no. We know who's pressured if THEY CARE and obviously Mayweather doesn't seem to care otherwise this fight would be on without a long list of demands and new rules to be implemented in one fight. They always talked about looking to make things simple in boxing since things are complicated, this adds more complication. If he demands new rules for one fight then all others will demand this too meaning MORE FIGHTS might not happen and things **** up more. We don't need that in our sport. We do need fair testing and all but more complications?, no thanks, the sport can't afford it.

As well as Floyd's PEDs insinuations, Pac is probably just as angry over Arum's amateur statements and PR handling over the last week. And Roach has obv been told to keep his mouth shut( by Pac or Arum?)

At this point, I think the main reason why Pacquiao will not take additional tests is for the simple fact that he does not want to bow down to Floyds demands. I mean let’s face it, why should he? Pac is the P4P king..
Floyd is already getting the fight at 147 AND a 50/50 split. Many feel Floyd doesn’t even deserve that much.

    Who can Pac trust?

I didn't realize how naive you were, how many tests did Barry Bonds,Mcgwire,Sosa and Marion Jones pass. You think these ways of testing proove who is juicing?

All it prooves is who can get away with it.

Exactly. a "standard testing policy" when you know when you are gonna be tested...hey mistakes happen, but for the most part you can hire a smart person to tell you and guide you how to beat those tests. What to take and when to take it. But with random testing...you are running a serious risk of getting caught if you take too much gatorade  :deal

Everyone that is convinced of Pac's roid use fails to realize that the blood tests are being deemed necessary in order to detect HGH or signs of blood doping. Steroid use would have shown up in the numerous **** tests Manny has been subject to. Seeing how Manny is willing to give as many urine samples as any testing agency might request, clearly he is only concerned about having blood taken. Either he is taking some PEDs that only show up in blood (not steroids), OR he thinks giving blood at random times is unreasonably disruptive.

If the first option were true, Manny could just opt to fight clean and enjoy the windfall payday. After all, he is planning to retire soon, why wouldn't he take the money and run? There is no bigger fight out there to protect. Why risk missing out on so much cash by being so stubborn about the blood tests? Sensible people will see that the second option is the only one that makes sense. Manny is clean, and is unwilling to give up any sort of psychological or perceived physical edge to Floyd in order for them to fight.

To those that believe that hair testing is just as good as blood testing for PEDs (I don't know if they are), would you accept hair tests in lieu of random blood tests? I suspect a non-invasive test like giving a hair sample would be acceptable to Pacquiao. Perhaps Manny could prohibit Floyd from shaving his head until after the fight so the testing agency could collect samples post-fight. I wonder if Floyd would agree to such a thing.

If I was training for the toughest fight of my career, I sure wouldn't want to be unnecessarily subjected to random tests that would disrupt my workouts and recovery. Random blood testing means a fighter could be woken up in the middle of the night to have blood drawn. Interrupted sleep and any amount of blood drawn is obviously worse for a fighter than being allowed to train and sleep normally with no blood loss. If Manny was fighting dirty up to now, he could just agree to the tests and abstain from any banned substances in order to make that big payday. Clearly it isn't about the money, it's the principle.

    Dumb ass. FAIL!
1.) That was Pacquiao's offer but your hero Fraud Gayweather said no.
2.) He was less explosive in the lower weight classes? Check his record most of his fight didn't even pass the 6th round!
3.) Watch the Agapito Sanchez vs Manny Pacquiao fight. Even your Gayweather hero will have a hard time and probably quit against that dirty *******
    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JB0T4naVq38[/ame]
4.) Pacquiao has been fighting above 140 (after hydrating) since he was at 126. My point is, Manny Pacquiao the man that your accusing of using PED, was draining himself to go down to 126/130. Cutting more than 10 pounds of your weight can decrease a person's strength.
5.) Only a crack head will believe another crack head.

Looked like he was able to handle Cotto's power. These drugs he supposedly takes increased his punch resistance? And if he is the cheating scum that some believe him to be, he could just quit on his stool after a few rounds if he was taking too much punishment. I'd expect something like that if I was convinced he cheated to get where he is. A con man that used PEDs to make his living wouldn't pass up an opportunity to cheat the game out of the biggest payday of his career. Or do you think you only get paid if you win?:patsch
