It will not. DLH has good timing. If DLH was able to time Mayweather, who is faster IMO, for stretches during their fight then imagine what he would do to a slower and a not so good defender?

B-Hop only managed to do this with a mean liver shot. I encourage Manny to try for the benefit of the sport but I'm skeptical.

Depending on how Pac can effectively evade or/and absorb Oscar's left hooks, I will give Pac a 25% chance of accomplishing a KO feat. Otherwise, he could eke out a UD victory. Anything can happen in a Pacquiao fight.

Does a TKO (example cuts) be considered KOing? Technically it's still a KO. So this does not only mean Manny laying out Oscar flat on the canvass. This could also mean any of the stoppages like cuts, throwing the towel, Oscar saying "no mas", and many more.

Pac is delusional and the people who think Pac even has a chance are even more delusional than he is. This fight is nothing more than a money grab by both sides period. All this talk by Pac is nothing more than him trying to sell the fight but most can't see it for what it is.

Nothing Pac throws will trouble Oscar and he will be throughly thrashed due to his lack of defense and no answer for Oscar's jab. Not to mention the size difference in which Oscar will dwarf Pac at the weigh-in and people will begin to change their tune.:deal

and the title of this thread is very misleading, inaccurate and a misquote. pac didn't say that. he said that the KO will come if you're 100 percent fit, fully trained and prepared. he definitely didn't say that he was already 100% fit.

and as a fighter, pac has to believe that he can possibly KO dlh even if most people think he can't. that's part of his mental preparation for this fight and he has to build up his confidence that he can do it. he surely can't come into this fight thinking he can't possibly KO or beat the guy. if he does, then the fight is already lost even w/o a single punch being thrown yet.

Good that he is confident but it will goe down as soon as Oscar lands the first clean left hook.

actually, diaz started as a 140-lber and slid down to 135. that makes him a big lightweight. but certainly diaz is no oscar.

but i guess pac's game plan will be similar for his fight w/ dlh. use speed, volume power punching with the addition of a effective body attack to wear down DLH and take him to deep waters where anything can possibly happen.

well, i'm sure they know all about dlh's left hook. they're certainly preparing their fight plan with this in mind.

by the way, was oscar able to land this left hook cleanly on forbes? i don't think he was able to.

Different styles, Forbes is more defensive minded than Manny. Dont compare them.

yep. in the same breath, forbes doesn't have the speed, power, activity and stamina that pac has. i definitely agree that they are very different fighters in terms of style, talent and attributes.
