Well, given this list, I would probably favor Pacquiao over everyone on that list with the exception of Floyd and Mosley.

Aside from those two, I like Pac's chances against all of the aforementioned, and even against Mosley and Floyd, I'd give him a chance.

IMHO, Mosley would give pac the biggest test out of the top welters. And Paul Williams, of course. Quintana might also be a tough fight. Call me crazy, but I actually think Pac has a slight advantage against Mayweather at 147. That's just me, though.

maybe not all of them but he loses to the upper class welters like mosley and mayweather, cotto is 50/50. they know they can get beat at 147, thats why they are demanding catchweights

i think pacman would beat them all at 147 except....margo, and clottey....and i think pacman would get KO'D by mosley....that would be his hardest fight for him.

    and floyd-pac is 50/50 at 147

you guys better understand that pac is a hell of a fighter but even he has his limitations. lets review those two fights. DLH was a great win but even roach said that dlh couldnt pull the trigger. do you honesly believe he beats a prime dlh? It was a well calculated risk. and hatton is also great win but they knew that was a winnable fight as well since hatton has little defense and comes right at you. Now you're talking about Mayweather, Mosley, Cotto. thats a alot different from Dlh and hatton

Based on what I saw this past weekend, I like Pac's chances against Cotto, but as I already stated, I believe he loses to Mosley and Floyd.

well cotto does seem to be the vulnerable out of the two so you might be right there. mosley has a great chin, mayweather has shown to have a good chin and hes so defensive, its hard to even get to it. cotto on the other hand has been rocked multiple times by lesser fighters. but remeber, pacquiao has never tasted a big punch from a welterwieght. dlh never landed and thing serious on him nor did hatton.

i agree with most of this post, and i give manny all the credit in the world, but roach has said some stupid stuff, and makes him look like he is discrediting manny unitentionally....Like "oscar was dehydrated the night of the fight, and IV marks in him", or "he cant pull the trigger anymore"....The hatton fight roach said "hatton is just a creation of frank warren", which means he thought hatton was overrated, then roach also stated " hatton is not the same fighter since the mayweather fight"....so roach is clearly somewhat picking advatages for manny, but like i said i give manny where credit is due, he got the wins....

I think he beats everybody at 147 except big welters i.e. mosley, margo...
or speedsters with smarts, floyd....floyd-pac is 50/50 in my eyes with a slight edge to floyd because i think he is the smarter of the 2.

think roach is just smart. he knew that hatton and dlh were two guys that pac could beat based on their flaws. he still destroyed dlh and hatton. thats impressive regardless of the circumstances. dlh was too old and too big to make 147 but dlh didnt want to appear that much bigger then pac so he came in at 147 which wasnt the smartest idea. he too big for 147. and pac kicked his ass. serves him right. as for hatton, pac was just a better fighter plain and simple.

But Paul Williams is a middleweight. Why don't we try Adamek or Dawson?:huh
