No way this happens right? Will they both fight on the same night? I figure money issues/headliner issues wont make this happen.
if they ppv battle , mannys gonna win. He has a country behind him + the fan base from around the world which is still bigger than Floyds
To be honest this is a good thread, Mayweather/M.Hatton isn't only undercard material it's below that, it should be in the "dark" list of matches which won't be televised and still people won't give a ****. I'm a Mayweather fan till the end and don't give two shits about this fight. I'll be watching Pac/Clottey.
ahhh im an idiot...i figured a possiblility of maybe an $80-90 PPV. Has anything like this ever happened? but seriously excuse my ignorance. i should have thought about the egos and buisness in boxing.
mayweathers fighting in las vegas , mannys fighting in dallas no way a joint ppv.... arum would never do that with floyd arum just wants to keep his fights between Top Rank fighters so he dosnt have to share profits
If Floyd fought an American opponent, his PPV buys will be left in the dust if he competes with Pac. Minorities are the majority supporters of boxing in America and it's a fact. Most marquee fights that involves both American fighters stink in the box office and PPV. No non-American fighter has ever done PPV buys better than Manny.
partially disagree... depends on who floyd fights and where...if he fights Matthew Hatton IN England all the brits will buy the PPV and alot of aussies to....if he fights malinaggi however in jsut say amdison square garden this could draw in a crowd..
okay okay I say now that I won't buy pac vs clottey but who knows, if theres is enough boxing going on in march then ill pass and wait a week to watch it, they shouldnt be so greedy tho and give it to us live on hbo, *******s chances of buying mayweather hatton are 0, what a joke if it actually happens
