You don't make sense like all you Floyd fans who haven't seen the light. Follow me to the truth. You are contradicting your self like Floyd. If they are trying to make themselves look as legit as possible it would be in their best interest to catch offenders don't you think? Bring attention to them.

I don't personally have the credentials to be credible saying so, but based on what Victor Conte and Dr. Caitlin (UCLA) said? Yes. NSAC testing protocols are a joke.

Combat sports in all states are controlled by athletic commissions. They do more than just steroid testing. They outlaw certain moves, they verify opponents have been reasonably matched, they make sure that the fighter's/promoters interests are taken care of etc... testing is a fraction of what they do. The "rub" is they can't be too strict testing because if they are people will just leave the state. So say you don't like the rules in Vegas you just go to Texas or vice versa.

The "scary" part to a person cheating in what Mayweather asked is having the USADA to handle testing They are on a national and international level. Fail a test you can't box. No boxing in a different state. No boxing in PI. No boxing in Mexico. Period.

Tell me Dude, is there any excuse or explanation for feeling being insulted? Is any excuse needed for rejecting discriminatory act? Is any excuse necessary for refusing to be bullied?
