nothing to explain. blood test was all bluffing stuff. http://www.boxinginsider.com/headlines/pac-floyd-is-not-gonna-happen-full-transcript/
too bad Top Rank and GBP realized it too late.

as arum said, the 14-day was mentioned when "the horse is already out of the building". it was an attempt to salvage his (floyd) face. never did GBP brought this is the mediation.

Sadly you are correct. Quite many now considered Pac as a cheat and future negative result if he ever agreed to the test will never change that perception since "special PEDs" are readily available (of all places) in the most technically advanced country in the world called Philippines.
Floyd indeed has mastered the art of ducking in that he was ducking Pac from the very start as indicated by an earlier negotiation for Matt Hatton fight yet he was able to concoct a clever design to make it appear that it was Pacquiao who's ducking him. IMHO, Floyd perhaps is the most talented boxer to come around in thirty years but certainly he is also the worst thing that happen to boxing in those thirty years.

Floyd is also using a performance enhancing drug called Xylococaine which was banned in most states but allowed in Nevada. What a hypocrite!

JMM is under GBP now, it won't be surprising if he would also demand random blood testing especially since we know that his team is really capable of stupid decision like rejecting immediate rematch with Pac and instead fought (and lost to) John in Indonesia.

Pacquiao did agree to a random test. Not only within 24 days before the fight. Get that through your skulls. 3 tests and one after. that is more than sufficient and more than a compromise considering that he will be the first boxer required by another boxer because the other boxer is scared shitless.

I think the winner of the Berto/Shane fight will fight Floyd instead. Then Pac-Man will get the winner

wait a minute. this seems a dumb question but bear with me.

do steroids help you win fights? i mean do they give you superhuman speed and power?

I guess the steroids in the Phillipines produces are more superior than the ones in the U.S.. Scientists there must have invented the ultimate steroid. If Vargas was on the "phiillipine steroid" he woulda knocked out DLH clear out the ring and never have gotten caught.
