Nice touch by Freddy there at the end of the interview when he said he loves Manny! Roach is the type of guy that will do what's right for his fighters & not neccessarily what the fighters want him to do! Roach has surely got to be a lock for trainer of the year for 2008? 19 or the 20 Ring Magazine people picked Oscar to win. Damn, where are they now? Gone into hiding, that's where! There's no denying Roach is a great trainer & I actually think Manny might even improve more under Roach's guidance!
I think freddy is a great trainer,no doubt!! And have one of the best boxers to work with.He could be trainer of the year...
