I don't think he's trying to bash Pacquiao, but I think he's just pointing something out that he noticed. They seem to keep him in there with fighters that are suited to make him look good.

One more think, they all thought that they are bigger and stronger than PAC.

One more thing, except for Clottey they all assume that they are bigger and stronger than PAC, i.e. can overpower PAC and take his punches as well.
