I would hate to see this because I like both fighters. I highly doubt Pacman would duck anybody.

Pacman could retire in 2009 without question. If Pac beats DLH who already is considered an ATG - and the naturally bigger, stronger fighter - Pac would have nothing left to prove.

To tell you the truth I don't think Hatton will get past Malignaggi. If Hatton performs anything like the lethargic, uninspiring Ricky Hatton that fought Lazcano, Malignaggi wins a UD. If Pacman and Malignaggi want to get it on, Pacman easily beats Malignaggi. Pac vs Malignaggi doesn't have the same flavor as Pac vs Hatton.

Even if hatton loses to Paulie a fight with pacman will still be big! specially if they fight in england. They'll slug it out in wenbley stadium!

It could be. Also if Malignaggi looks impressive in a win over Hatton, things could change for Pac overnight. I certainly would want to see Pac vs Malignaggi.

I think pac is cashing in now... he is looking for fights that would give him the biggest money, unfortunately Paulie doesn't bring in the goods.

True. And I wouldn't blame Pac if he took his foot off the gas peddle. After all he's had several consecutive fights against tough, world class fighters. He's entitled to a break. Every good champion has taken a couple of easy fights strickly for the $$$.

Yes, coz even if hatton looks like ****... pac would probably be coming of a KO lost to dela hoya. So that will make it even...

Malignaggi doesn't stand a chance against Hatton.

Paulie is talking himself up on the basis of his fast hands and slickness - the 'I'm like Mayweather' stuff.

Trouble is - he ain't nothing like Mayweather. Paulie is hittable and has no power, whilst Floyd is very hard to hit and has deceptive power.

Hatton will be able to walk through Paulie - he has walked through plenty of more powerful punchers and will throw the guido around the ring like a rag doll. It will be like Judah vs Witter all over again - one forcing the action, one running away like a little *****.
