This fight was supposed to happen back in may of 07 in Macau but pacman and his handlers backed out at the last minute to fight the mighty JORGE SOLIS.. NOw why? Because they were terrified after watching those classic tapes of Chi/ Morales , Chi/Sugama, and the way he destroyed Brodie in England... PAc and his people initially thought that Chi was a tuneup opponent so they started making plans and making all sorts of noises about wanting to fight in Macau.. The fight was pretty much all set but then out of nowhere, Pacman backed out.. Run pacman run!!!! rofl Ill tell ya like this. Chi took a prime Morales to hell and back while pacman got beatdown and nearly quit against an over the hill morales. Pac was never good at taking pressure and he couldn't take bodyshots for ****. The rough fighters with smothering style would always give pacman the fits and Chi would have made him quit or the ref would have saved him.. If I was pacman, I would fight Soto just to restore the family honor even if Soto isn't a big name opponent. People say Soto is nowhere near pac's level, then why not fight him as a tuneup and for his brother's revenge.. What a bro..
He should at least fight Soto. Pac's career will always fall short until he fights a good, prime, young fighter. Plus, he only can fight one style of fighter. Pac lacks adaptability.
Seriously bruh and there's a good story behind it too and since both are promoted by Arum, im sure a man like arum can sell the fight... IF he can sell pavlik/rubio,, **** why couldnt he sell Pac/Soto??? After all soto did beat Bobby so there's an interesting story behind the fight. If Arum can sell freakin PAC/LARIOS on PPV, then he dam well can sell a soto fight.. Pac/Soto is godly compared to some washed up larios fight.. Pacman needs to enroll in Vitali's school of brotherhood.. I think we all got that established.
