Freddie has been saying they are gonna knock him. Wasn't gonna see it, until, Freddie started his smack talk again. Damn, Freddie.:yep
I disagree with the TS. I have found that Boxing for the first two months to be surprising great without any big fights. Escalante-Roman (Right now FOTY no question...should be in the top 8 before the year is done), Valero-DeMarco (Decent), Brinkley-Stevens (Great fight with a lot of drama) Martirosyan-Ouma (Decent fight, with three shitty scorecards) Karmazin-Miranda (Good fight, with a great ending) Abregu-Gutierrez (Great fight epic round 4 I think, right now ROTY) Kim-Harris (Good scrap for 5 rounds, the ref stopped way too soon though IMO) Johnson-Mack (Good scrap for the 6 rounds it went) Paredes-Hernandez (Not a long fight, but a great KO). These are all fights that could have been seen on the television, otherwise I would put the Poonswat-Hosono, and Salgado-Uchiyama (to a lesser extent) as great fights. I have never been so jacked up in my life at 4-5 AM lol.
I never buy fights PPV...the most I'll do is go to a friend's house and go half with him, but most of the time, I'll go watch the fights at a sports bar. Personally, I think this fight shouldn't even be PPV...it should be on free HBO if for nothing else, to open Pacquiao up to a broader audience. I won't be buying this one, but I'll go check it out at a place showing it for free here in Orlando.
I'm watching it as it's not on PPV over here.:good I understand why people wouldn't want to pay for it as if it was on PPV over here I wouldn't be paying either.
