Supposing JMM losses to PBF and and the negotiations of Pac vs PBF takes place, what should be the most reasonable purse split for the two? Former P4P and current P4P..

Your thoughts as a neutral fan..

I'm sick of people using American PPV numbers to compare an American and FILIPINO fighter. (Yes aware the money is in the US - don't give a **** though - I don't get any of it).

If they really want they should hold it in the Philippines and charge $1 to watch. They'd have $90 Million dollars before they could blink.

If PBF believe that he's the best and no body can beat him, then there should be no excuses for this fight to happen..

I just hope he (PBF) will not price himself too much and be reasonable enough or else i'll be convinced that he's indeed a *****..

50-50 it is for me, nothing more nothing less!

They should say 25-25 and the remaining 50% to the winner. Personally I think that all boxing matches should have at least a 25% purse going to the winner, that way you get no one showing up to loose and pick up a cheque.

50-50 is fair enough. Arum is full of **** though because if you look at the numbers of Floyd vs Hatton, De La Hoya and Marquez after July 18 I guarentee they are higher than Manny's 3 fights agaisnt them.

By the way it Manny (his camp) that make stupid demands not Mayweather. He fought DLH and he had no choice over gloves, ring, ref, weight and took a smaller purse.

The negotiations has not been started yet, so how can you say that pac and his team is the one making stupid demands?

and the delahoya fight was a different thing..

well being that the average monthly income there is like $80 a month US i hardly doubt that every person there would buy a PPV fight even for a dollar. not to mention that the average family size in one household is 5.4 that would also cut 90 by five...pretty sure that every person that lives in one house would each by a PPV.

Im kinda ****in with you, but at the same time if it were that easy to make that kind of money it would have already been done. Arum went to Harvard, and for the most part morons dont get law degrees from harvard.:good

thoughtout my years as a boxing fan I have noticed a few things...ONE when terms of a fight are being talked about in the media this much they dont happen...TWO Arum is a pro at using the public to make thing appear to be different then they are in real life.

Dont fool yourself, Arum is tring to sway public opinions with all this talk about Floyd dont deserve this and that...I think that the mistake that Team Pac made was getting Shane and Cotto mixed up in this mess. I think that the public in large would be willing to believe things that were said about Floyd even when false but it wont work with Shane and Cotto.

And yes they are making demand IN THE MEDIA, they are setting this whole thing up so that Floyd takes the fall when the fight doesnt happen, and Pac can go on and fight Valero and Chavez Jr. BUT there are two white elephant in the room SHANE and COTTO. Its going to be hard to make a fight with anyone at or above 147 without having to do some damage control. :good

50/50 is fair in my view though I can understand if either fighter demands more to make things harder. Both are the biggest draws in boxing today and Hatton/Pacquiao made less but very close to what Mayweather did.

All depends how Mayweather performs against Marquez and how much it makes, that could make a big difference.
