I think it goes towards a principle. He's willing to let 40 mil slide so his name won't be slandered and have his opponent make money by doing this.

If I were Pac, I'd fight somebody else who is worthy and who wouldn't drag my name and legacy through the mud. AND take the test.

I do buy his excuse about drawing blood a day before the fight. What's the difference of blood 24 hours before the fight and 24 hours after the fight?
