Pacmans current ATG ranking is being overrated ?

One thing to consider for people getting carried away by where Pacman may currently stand in an ATG list, is if Mayweather beats Pacquiao as expected, the most likely result is by a clear UD {per the bookies odds, which are compilled by experts}, if the experts are slightly out, Floyd still wins the fight but by totally dominating Manny, giving Pacman a complete 'schooling' for 8 or 9 rounds before the ref or Mannys own corner stop the fight, or Manny gets KO'd, this senario is been 'fancyful' I admit, but is not beyond the realms of possibility that Pretty Boy outclasses Pacman.

If the above senario happens, where will people rank Manny then ?
and more interestingly were would they rank the unbeaten {41 and 0} 5 weight world champ with umpteen titles/defences in Pretty Boy Floyd Mayweather ?.

I posed this question in another thread, and I think a win against Mayweather justifies what everyone is thinking about him.
If he loses one sided to Floyd I think it hurts his legacy big time, because some of the speculation of the other opponents who faced him will become more realistic. Look how everyone has completely brushed off JMM's one sided loss to Mayweather as JMM just being entirely too small, too slow, too old, never fought above 140 etc, etc., after he gave Pac who I believe is physically stronger than Mayweather, fits in two consecutive fights.

The boxing World is lucky to currently have two boxers that could make inroads into ATG lists, if Manny beats Floyd, it will do wonders for his standing, but if Floyd beats Manny by outclassing him, it would hurt Mannys legacy, as the best fighter Pacman would have faced would not just have recorded a winner over him but outclassed him as well, that would not do Manny any favours in an ATG sense.

For the record I think Manny is superb, he is excellent for boxing a credit to the sport, but people are being a bit presumptuous in calling Pacman a top 15 or 20 ATG boxer, before he faces Pretty Boy, if Pretty Boy wins I can only assume Mayweather in these peoples opinion will also have a very high ATG ranking ? , an even higher ATG ranking than Mannys even {surely that would be a given if Floyd outclasses him}.
