    They seem to have lost the urine sample test for Manny Pacquiao and surprisingly also Cotto's. The urine samples were shipped to a Lab in Mexico. JMM was spotted pissed drunk on the area nearby. :nut

    The Nevada Commission can test JMM instead. Any sign of steroid will be attributed to Pac. Floyd Sr did not claim that Cotto is using steroids hence Cotto is clean.
