    Right on. My only question is if Pac could have actually broken Margs face like that without the style of wrapping he had, or if the wrapping allowed for that to happen. In my mind, I have legit suspicion that the way Freddy wrapped Pacs hand that fight ended Margs career.... but thats just my suspicion and hopefully Im wrong.

    Margarito showed up in insane shape for that fight. That Margarito would give most modern welterweights hell.


    How do you guys see these fights playing out


    That version of Margarito vs....

    JMM
    Bradley
    Danny Garcia
    Thurman

    I think he gives them all hell.... I think he beats JMM and Garcia, and I think Bradley edges him, as does Thurman.

    Just curious what others think....

    i think only thurman has a chance at beating him, hes the only one with the size, power and skill to keep margo from wearing him down. i dont think the others have the natural size to deal with what margo throws at you.

    It's hard to say what level that Margarito was at even if he was in great shape.

    Honestly I think the Margarito who fought Cintron, Clottey, Paul Williams, Miguel Cotto knocks all those guys you listed out. I think Spence and Crawford can take Margarito though.

    I think i recall Pacman showing Grito some mercy and allowing him survive the 12 rounds. Pretty sure he done the same in he Mosley fight.

    This is actually one of the lowest rated Pac wins in a title fight, in my opinion. Margarito simply was not ranked, divisional anything or P4P top... 250.

    its great because of the sheer size difference and the way he won

    its like loma going up and trying to force the stoppage over a limited maidana despite loma being levels above maidana in talent maidana would win simply because of his size
