i agree its just crazy how many people actally want to see this and think it would be great but if u look at every thread that was made about floyd and ortiz it was said a joke fight and a fe are here is all i was saying. not directed specifically at u. i was just saying. it would be a nice fight for either of them.

Because the only reason Pac would be taking this fight is because that ****** Floyd is still ducking him. If Floyd comes out of retirement, he needs to fight nobody else but Pac. He NEEDS to!

Manny calling Floyd out? Not gonna happen. Manny's responses are practiced  And he has never called anyone out, I doubt he will start now.

I'm not sure why people are shitting on Ortiz, I mean he lost a fight (**** you can say he quit in a fight, hell I used to say that) but he's responded and gotten himself back in the mix. The dude looked like a beast against Berto, and I think he would present problems for anyone at 147 to include Floyd and Manny. That doesn't mean he'd beat them, but I give him (as it stands today) a better chance of beating Manny than JMM. I love JMM and I respect him for what he's accomplished, but this fight just doesn't work in his favor.

Ortiz win over Berto was good. Only problem, it said as much about Berto then Ortiz in a way. That loss showed Berto was always more contender then champ. Doesn't mean he can't regroup, but there's a reason so many people cirticized Berto's competition as full of soft touches. Not ready for prime time.

This would be like Canlelo and Chavez jr fighting with the winner supoosedly being ready for Martinez. Well, maybe not quite on that level, but they are closer to them 2 then to Floyd/pac's level.

BTW...you think Ortiz has a better chance of beating Manny then beating JMM? Really? :huh JMM...with NO wins above 135? WHile Manny has how many wins at WW? Hope that was a typo. :D

All four major belts are taken at 147. The Ring is not consider or recognized as being part of the major four. Unless if you want Manny/Ortiz to fight for the IBO:lol:. They both have belts (WBC and WBO) already so they could put those in the line. What I do love is when a fighter unifies or tries to unify, that gets my admiration and respect over anything else in boxing.

I think Oritz has a better chance of beating Manny than JMM does as it stands today, and at the proposed weight. Again, I'm not saying Ortiz is "that guy", I'm just saying he looked good at the weight, he looked strong, fast, and had a determination that would make the fight interesting.

Beating Ortiz wouldn't mean anything other than Pac winning the Ring belt. Ortiz gets thumped by Pac and then he becomes the average fighter that quit against Maidana and struggled with Petersen. There is history with the Marquez fight and it's a style Pacquiao has stuggled twice with. The complaints about the weight and Pac being too big for him can only be confirmed when they fight, both are the same size and will weigh almost the same as what they did fight night of their last fight. I'd rather see that fight
